The R18-5 PRO is the first 'true' two-tonne machine in the Rippa range - more powerful hydraulics, greater lifting capacity and longer range than the R15, still with a compact width of less than 1 m. 6) Zwroty i wymiany — prawo konsumenta w UE + B2B
Prawo odstąpienia (UE, 14 dni) — możesz odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni od dostawy, bez podawania przyczyny.
- Stan towaru — jak przy odbiorze: nieużywany/nieinstalowany, nieuszkodzony, z kompletem akcesoriów, instrukcji i w oryginalnym opakowaniu. Dozwolone jest jedynie „sprawdzenie jak w sklepie”. Utrata wartości wskutek użycia/instalacji może zostać potrącona.
- Jak rozpocząć zwrot — napisz na zamowienia@rippa.pl (nr zamówienia). Prześlemy instrukcje zwrotu i ewentualną etykietę/przyjazd kuriera. Zwroty bez autoryzacji mogą zostać odrzucone.
- Koszt odesłania — przy odstąpieniu z powodu zmiany decyzji koszt transportu ponosi klient (chyba że wskażemy inaczej). Gdy towar jest wadliwy/uszkodzony w transporcie lub niezgodny, koszt pokrywa RIPPA lub organizujemy odbiór.
- Zwrot środków — do 14 dni od Twojego oświadczenia o odstąpieniu; możemy wstrzymać się do chwili otrzymania towaru lub dowodu nadania. Zwrot na pierwotną metodę płatności (czasy księgowania zależne od banku).

- Photo proof on request — pre-dispatch photos of the unit, serial tag, and packaging.
4) Delivery or self-pickup — inspection on receipt
- Inspect before signing — check packaging, serial, visible components, and accessories. Note issues on the carrier’s document/CMR and take photos.
- If damaged/incorrect — email zamowienia@rippa.pl within 48 hours with photos; we’ll repair/replace or resolve quickly.
- Unloading — customer-arranged unless liftgate/crane is included in your quote. Ask us to add tail-lift service if needed.
5) After delivery — setup, first use, spares
- Quick start support — start-up checks, torque specs, hydraulic interface notes, attachment fitment.
- Maintenance plan — recommended intervals and consumable references.

6) Returns & exchanges — EU consumer right + B2B
EU consumer right of withdrawal (14 days) — cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- Condition — as received: unused/uninstalled, undamaged, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Handling only as in a shop; diminished value from use/installation may be deducted.
- Start a return — email zamowienia@rippa.pl with your order number; we’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label or pickup. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return shipping — for change-of-mind, the customer pays return transport (unless we state otherwise). If defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, RIPPA covers the return or arranges pickup.
- Refunds — processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may wait for the goods or proof of return. Refunds go to the original payment method (issuer processing times vary).
- Exchanges — fastest: place a new order after return authorization. Same-visit swaps may be possible if stock allows.
- Non-returnable (except if faulty) — custom/made-to-order builds; used/installed machines/attachments; opened consumables (oils/filters/hoses); restricted/hazardous materials; gift cards/clearance where noted.
- B2B — trade/commercial returns follow the sales contract and applicable law; contact us for tailored arrangements.
7) Damages & issues — transit, DOA, defects
- Transit damage/shortage — note on CMR/delivery doc, photograph, keep packaging, and contact us within 48 hours.
- Dead-on-arrival or defect — we’ll troubleshoot and repair/replace as appropriate. Send photos/videos and a brief description for a same-day response.
- Priority — safety and downtime cases are fast-tracked.
